Refunds
We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your order. Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it to be eligible for a refund. After this period, refunds will not be issued.
Refund Process
E-Payment Orders: If you cancel your order within the stipulated 48-hour period, the refund will be processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Cash on Delivery Orders: For cash on delivery orders, our team will contact you to confirm your order. We will require a deposit of half the order amount to approve the order. The remaining payment will be collected upon delivery.
Cancellation of Cash Orders
If you cancel a cash order within the 48-hour period, our agent will contact you to arrange the refund process. A delivery fee of 10 Libyan Dinars will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that once an order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot offer refunds except as outlined above.
